The goal of this project was to create a user friendly medication reminder feature
Wireframes
The first step in my process is getting user flows mapped out and making low fidelity wireframes. The user would first setup a reminder and then receive push notifications to take medications
Iteration 1
This iteration refined the setup process as well as introduced a calendar view for the logging of medications. I then took these designs to stakeholders to get feedback on the direction of the feature.
Iteration 2
Defining the calendar view took a lot of refinement with a number of stakeholders having a variety of opinions. After gathering feedback I designed this calendar view with documentation.
Final Design
The medication reminders MVP is scheduled to go live in the OptumRx app in January 2025.
