Creating a scalable product and reducing engineering effort
Project Overview
The goal was to create a self service portal for the credit unions to use where they could change the account opening experience themselves.
Problem Statement
If a credit union wanted to change any part of the account opening process they need to contact our customer support team, submit a request, and then our engineering team would need to allocate resources to complete the ticket. This would be a more scalable solution and would free up engineering resources to build out the other products Bankjoy was offering.
